Each project below has been unique - either in the form of the collaboration or the design/building itself. It’s been an adventure taking on a wide range of projects as a young & flexible business. Please check out the SNAP Facebook page on the link above for additional construction, interior, & exterior photos.

"Being new to developing inner city properties, we were overwhelmed by the task of finding a builder we could trust to partner with. After meeting Steve and seeing the projects he was working on, we agreed to further discuss our development with him. We placed our trust in Steve as we have found him easy to work with, a good listener, and forthcoming with answers and information. His honesty, attention to detail, budgeting and knowledge of the development process, and trades/trends, has been invaluable to date." (Completed March 2019)

"Our wish was a high-class AND reasonably priced home. Steve economized smartly & leveraged relationships with suppliers & contractors to achieve this - including sustainable practices & solar panels. The forward-looking considerations he encouraged have ensured our home will keep its value compared to the minimal-standard houses we have seen. From planning to finishing, there was never a time we didn't completely trust Steve Norris and his team. His valuable experience, solid design principles, & strong relationships in the development industry resulted in a very successful build. We are overwhelmingly happy & appreciated more than anything the way Steve worked to understand our shared values." (Completed Feb 2017)
